How do we get started?
Send a request using the form on this page. CMDA-SL will contact you, arrange a demo, recommend a plan, and set up your pharmacy account. Your owner login can then invite the rest of your team.
Can we change plans as we grow?
Yes. Contact CMDA-SL to move to a higher tier or add seats. Your products, stock, and history stay in place, and the new features unlock for your team.
How do subscriptions and renewals work?
Plans are annual subscriptions managed by CMDA-SL. Owners see a reminder 10 days before expiry, and a short grace period applies before access is paused.
What if our internet connection is unreliable?
The point of sale keeps working offline. Sales are stored securely on the device and synchronised as soon as the connection is back.
Which devices can we use?
Any modern browser on a PC, tablet, or phone. BMIS can also be installed like a native app on Android, iPhone, iPad, and Windows.
